As a dedicated professional and a mother of two young kids, Maniva knows that homes are so

Maniva was raised in Sudbury and Manitoulin Island ON. She has been living in Barrie for more
than 29 years and has owned property in both northern Ontario and Barrie.
With more than 23 years professional experience working in York Region, Maniva has an
extensive understanding of the area, as well as Simcoe County, and has developed strong
connections with the community. She continues to serve it with pride and integrity. Maniva is
motivated and hardworking, with strong communication skills and an established reputation as
a problem solver.
Maniva believes that buying and selling property can be very stressful and fearful for a lot of
people, whether you’re a first-time home buyer, looking to downsize or upgrade, or someone
making a pivotal life change. Buying and selling can be a personal and emotional process for
many people. Maniva wants her clients to know that they can trust her as their sales

Maniva enjoys going to the gym and playing various sports, trying new recipes,
gardening, reading and listening to music. Above all, she values being a mother to her two
wonderful and unique children and learning more about strength, resiliency, and perseverance.
